CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE FUDGE

Ingredients:
Semisweet chocolate - 600 gms
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Salt -  a pinch
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Walnuts - 1 cup (finely chopped)

Method:

Combine condensed milk, chocolate and salt in top of double boiler; heat over simmering water, stirring often, until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, then fold in 3/4 cup of walnuts.Spread evenly in a buttered  plate. Sprinkle remaining walnuts over, pressing into fudge.Chill 3 hours or until firm.

Hyderabad Chocolates produce homemade chocolates with main focus on Dark, Milk and White Chocolates. Recently we started an Outlet  at Shilparamam Night Bazaar, Hyderabad for customer  convenience. We offer Dark, Milk and white plain chocolates and different fillings. Our range of flavours  presently offers the customers the choice of around 20 flavours.
 Our categories are Plain, Nut, Truffles, Biscuits, Wafers, Fudges, Marzipan, Fondant, Liquor and Sugar free Chocolates. We also offer seasonal and occasional chocolates like Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Diwali, Valentine's Day and Christmas.  We infuse any flavour with any chocolate that customer requests. We sell chocolates in plastic boxes with 100 gms, 250 gms, 500 gms or more or in Gift boxes as desired by the customer.
